Armenian former Human Rights Defender Tatoyan advocates education and experience requirements for high office
Former Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan writes:
“Only individuals who simultaneously possess the appropriate higher education and professional experience should have the right to aspire to the positions of Prime Minister, Member of Parliament, or any high-ranking official (regardless of political affiliation).
The right to make decisions regarding the lives and futures of ourselves and our children should be entrusted only to those who meet these requirements.”
