Armenian Administrative Court denies Artsakh government legal standing in representation building case
Artsakh lawyer Roman Yeritsyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“The Administrative Court of Armenia refuses to grant any procedural status in the case concerning the Artsakh Representation building to the Republic of Artsakh, the registered property owner—the Artsakh government—or the NGO Fides.
In other words, the Republic of Artsakh is being deprived of its property without being allowed to participate in the case.
The case is being heard by Judge Karen Zarikyan, who was recently appointed as the President of the Administrative Court of Armenia.”
