During his working visit to Moscow, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has already held informal meetings with several counterparts, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
Despite the existing tensions in relations, Pashinyan and Lukashenko shook hands during the Global Atomic Energy Forum held in Moscow.
