Serzh Sargsyan: “The Artsakh chapter is not closed”
Today, Armenia’s third president, Serzh Sargsyan, reaffirmed his position, stating that the chapter on Artsakh is not closed for him — unlike the current authorities, who consider this chapter “closed” and view a return to Artsakh as “dangerous” and “unrealizable.”
“Our difference with these authorities is not only that; we have huge, even hundreds of differences on many fundamental issues. Of course, the Artsakh chapter is not closed,” Sargsyan emphasized, advising to also pay attention to the international community’s stance on this matter.
“Artsakh will remain Armenian if it remains Armenian in all our minds,” Sargsyan concluded.
