Justice Minister Srbuhi Galyan: Fourth Republic not directly linked to Declaration of Independence
“The establishment of the Fourth Republic has no real connection with the Declaration of Independence, because regardless of whether it is preserved or not, it is a historical fact,” Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan told reporters during a briefing, referring to the removal of the reference to the Declaration of Independence from the new Constitution.
