What description can be given to a person who is against the state of which he is a citizen

– By every possible oral and written means, in the literal sense, provides accusatory ‘testimony’ against the state of which he is a citizen, fully possessing its state secrets, speaking on its behalf, and making his actions and statements attributable to that state;
– Fully aware that through his own actions, that state — along with its martyred, living, future, and even unborn citizens — becomes hostage to the legal, military, financial, and other demands of a hostile state;
– Never misses an opportunity to diminish the physical and psychological significance of his own state, distort its spiritual, cultural, and material importance, and falsify the nature of the state and the national value of its symbols;
– Sincerely accepts and defends the open demands of enemy states against his own country, collaborating with them against his fellow citizens (including those captured by the enemy), whom he was constitutionally called to protect.

P.S. Whatever motive you may place behind such behavior — if there is no document confirming mental illness, then even if you are not a lawyer and do not know the Criminal Code, you can at least have an answer at the moral level.”
